The possible document "statuses" are:

REQUEST FOR A QUOTE: You've sent us your request with the list of items you want to purchase; you'll receive a quote within 1 working day.

QUOTE: We've received your request and prepared our quote, including costs, delivery times and expiry date; we're waiting for your confirmation.

QUOTE - expired: The offer has expired and you are no longer able to send your order; you can request a renewal of the quote by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page or by sending an e-mail to favero@favero.com specifying the quote number.

ORDER - waiting for payment: You've confirmed our quote by sending your order; before proceeding with the delivery of the goods, we're waiting for your payment, which must be made according to the terms specified in the document.

ORDER - being processed: We've received your payment via Bank Transfer or Credit Card, or you'll be paying Cash-on-delivery; we're preparing the goods for shipment.

ORDER - goods sent: We've sent the goods, which will be delivered in the times specified in the document, via the carrier.

ORDER - cancelled: You confirmed our quote but something has prevented the transaction from proceeding.

DELIVERY TIME: the time that elapses between the sending of the order and the delivery of the merchandise; it's the sum of the following three times:

1. PAYMENT TIME
By credit card: takes a few minutes; this is the fastest way to make an advance payment.
By advance bank transfer: ranges from 1 to 5 days, required for banking transactions.
By cash-on-delivery (only accepted for deliveries within Italy): none, because you'll pay when you receive the goods.

2. MERCHANDISE PREPARATION TIME
The time required to prepare the goods for shipping; starts after the payment time.

3. TRANSPORT TIME
The time required by the carrier to transport the goods.
